Push-Pull

The push-pull attachment is a specialized auxiliary tool designed for forklifts, primarily used for efficiently handling, stacking, or organizing cargo equipped with "push-pull holes" (such as standard push-pull pallets, container compartments, logistics turnover boxes, etc.). Its core function is to enable the quick and safe transfer of goods through mechanical pushing and pulling actions, replacing traditional manual handling or direct forklift tine insertion. This is particularly suitable for scenarios requiring frequent "push-in and pull-out" operations.

Product Details

The Push-Pull is a tool mounted on a forklift, specifically designed to handle goods with "push-pull holes" (such as standard pallets and logistics boxes). It can quickly move goods through pushing and pulling actions without the need for forks to directly pierce the goods. It is suitable for scenarios involving repeated "pushing pulling" (like warehouse stacking and pallet recycling), saving effort and protecting the goods.

Main Structure

1. Fixed Base: Clamped onto the forklift forks, connecting the forklift and the Push-Pull.

2. Push-Pull Arm: The front end is a flat plate or a hook, used to directly push or pull goods. The surface may be covered with a soft pad (to prevent scratches).

3. Power Device:

Hydraulic Version (Commonly Used): Driven by the forklift's hydraulic system, it provides stronger pushing and pulling force, suitable for heavy goods;

Manual Version (For Light Goods): Operated by manually pulling the handle to push and pull, suitable for small pallets.

4. Guiding Components: Rails and limit blocks ensure the push-pull arm moves straight without deviation and control the pushing and pulling distance.

5. Connection Port: Enables quick docking with forklift forks, allowing immediate use after installation. It is also convenient to remove and replace with other tools (such as clamps).

Working Principle

The forklift drives to the bottom of the goods, aligning the push-pull arm with the holes of the goods:

Pushing Goods: The push-pull arm extends, inserts into the holes of the goods, and pushes the goods into the shelf/container;

Pulling Goods: The push-pull arm retracts, hooks onto the goods, and pulls the goods from the stack to the side of the forklift.

There is no need for manual handling throughout the process, and the goods will not tilt, making it suitable for neat stacking or retrieving goods from deep layers.

Features

Fast and Labor-Saving: Much faster than direct operation with forks (warehouse efficiency is improved by 30%-50%).

Stable: The push-pull arm aligns accurately with the holes, preventing goods from tilting or falling. Anti-slip pads protect the surface of the goods.

Flexible Adaptability: Different sizes of push-pull arms can be replaced to be compatible with various pallets/boxes. The hydraulic version has strong power (capable of pushing goods weighing several tons).

Safe: Equipped with distance limitation to avoid over-pushing and damaging goods; some are equipped with sensors to indicate when the cargo on the position.

Convenient Switching: Quickly connects to the forklift without modifying the forklift, allowing for easy replacement with other tools at any time.

Common Uses

Warehouse Logistics: Pushing pallets into shelves, organizing boxes in containers;

Factories: Pushing material boxes to workstations next to production lines;

Food/Pharmaceutical Industry: Pushing turnover boxes that meet hygiene requirements (to keep goods clean);

Ports: Handling pallets in layers inside containers.

The Push-Pull is like a "small pushing-pulling assistant" for forklifts, making logistics more efficient and hassle-free!
