All cross-border logistics costs will be borne by us to ensure that your production plan is not affected.

Dual Protection for Customized Products: "Pre-acceptance + Post-adjustment"  

For customized products, we offer the "pre-acceptance + post-adjustment" dual protection to ensure full alignment with your requirements:  

Pre-acceptance before shipment: Customers are invited to participate in remote online acceptance. This allows you to verify the product’s customization details, performance parameters, and compliance with the contract in advance, avoiding discrepancies before dispatch.  

Post-adjustment after delivery: Within 30 days of receiving the goods, we provide up to 3 free parameter calibrations. Our technical team will fine-tune settings based on your actual production conditions, ensuring the product fully meets your operational needs.  

This two-step mechanism effectively reduces risks and guarantees that customized products integrate smoothly into your production processes.
