If customers receive goods with issues such as "quality inconsistency with the contract," "wrong specifications," "quantity shortage (with an error exceeding 3%)," or "product damage caused by packaging defects," we commit to unconditionally accepting return or exchange applications within 7 days (customers are required to provide photo/video evidence).  

For goods that meet the return or exchange criteria, we will bear all costs including round-trip international freight (air/sea freight based on actual occurrence), customs clearance fees, and re-delivery expenses. This ensures customers do not incur any additional economic burdens.
