Container Gantry Crane

The container crane is a specialized, cost-effective solution designed for small and medium-sized container yards. Compared to expensive container handlers, this equipment offers low procurement costs, high flexibility, minimal space requirements, broad applicability, simple operation, and enhanced safety. It is ideal for loading and unloading containers in factories, docks, railway freight yards, and other confined spaces. Additionally, this equipment can also be used for lifting long materials, such as I-beams and gas cylinders.

•The lifting, traveling, and steering functions are controlled by a hydraulic system, with travel powered by a hydraulic motor.

•The lifting mechanism employs a 200mm-diameter hydraulic cylinder, offering high load capacity, low system pressure, smooth and safe lifting/lowering, and high loading/unloading efficiency.

•The two major components are independently movable units—a mobile gantry system. Each unit features dual-wheel drive and four-wheel steering, with a maximum turning angle of 90°, enabling omnidirectional steering and lateral movement. Thanks to its compact turning radius, the device offers easy operation and is suitable for handling various container sizes.

•This equipment must be operated on level, hardened surfaces free of pits or uneven terrain.
