Counter Balance Truck
Low speed with high torque, ideal for steep slopes and heavy loads;
Diesel prices fluctuate slightly, making costs manageable;
Engine maintenance is simple and parts are easily accessible;
Fully sealed cab, dustproof and rainproof.
Compared with electric forklifts, diesel forklifts have lower hidden costs: no need for charging pile construction (saving site and power transformation costs); no battery scrapping and recycling issues (lead-acid batteries are highly polluting); no additional heating equipment required in low winter temperatures (diesel engines can still start at -20°C); all-steel overhead guards and roll-over protective structures come as standard, reducing losses from safety accidents.

Why TIGLIFT Diesel Forklift?
Diesel Forklifts in the Grain Processing Industry
In the grain processing industry, diesel forklifts offer exceptional dust resistance, making them suitable for environments with high particulate matter. Fuel supply is more stable than electricity, with controllable costs. They eliminate the need for battery maintenance, saving time and effort. Additionally, they can be equipped with explosion-proof configurations, fully complying with industry safety standards.
Adaptability of Diesel Forklifts in Agricultural Scenarios
In agricultural settings (such as grain storage and agricultural machinery handling), the adaptability of diesel forklifts is reflected in several aspects:
Diesel engines are highly compatible with biomass fuels (e.g., biodiesel), which are both environmentally friendly and cost-effective.
Anti-slip tires ensure stable driving on muddy field surfaces.
Forks can be fitted with nets to handle bulk grain efficiently.
Excellent cold-start performance guarantees reliable operation in outdoor winter conditions, eliminating concerns about low-temperature disruptions.

After-Sales Service Response Standards
Initial Response Time: Within 2 hours of receiving a customer's after-sales service request (via email, phone call, or online work order) during working hours (Beijing Time 8:00-18:00 on weekdays). For requests received outside working hours, confirmation of receipt will be sent within 4 hour, along with notification of the processing time frame.
Handling of Urgent Issues: For urgent problems (such as goods damage affecting the customer's production/sales), a temporary solution will be provided within 8 hours, and a final processing plan will be delivered within 48 hours. This ensures that the customer's business operations are not disrupted by prolonged delays.
