Product Advantages (Designed for Textile Mills):
Tailored for textile mills (such as fabric handling and raw material stacking), it features prominent anti-static properties—equipped with a grounding device and anti-static coating on the body, and the fork and gantry surfaces are smooth without burrs. This avoids static sparks generated by friction during handling (complying with textile industry safety standards) and protects flammable fiber materials. With four-wheel drive and hydraulic power steering, it adapts to workshop epoxy floors and slightly bumpy surfaces, with flexible steering suitable for narrow aisle operations. The fork width can be quickly adjusted (to fit pallets of different-sized fabric rolls), and the lifting speed is stably controllable (with an error of ±1 cm) to prevent fabrics from slipping or wrinkling. The cab adopts a low-noise design (noise below 70 decibels), which does not affect the workshop production environment. Maintenance is convenient, as key components (such as filters and oil filler ports) are centrally arranged, requiring only 15 minutes for daily inspections.

Shipping:
For full container shipments, anti-static components (such as grounding devices and coated forks) are individually packaged to prevent scratches and avoid damage to the protective layer during transportation. A "quick debugging guide" is provided after sea freight arrival at the port. To meet the transportation needs of textile mills in Southeast Asia, an upgraded moisture-proof packaging solution (with inner waterproof film) is offered.
After Service
Warranty: 2-year warranty period.
Maintenance Packages: Anti-static maintenance packages (such as regular inspection of the effectiveness of grounding devices) are available.
Accessory Supply: Textile-specific accessories (such as fabric roll clamps and anti-slip pallets) are stocked in the parts warehouse, with delivery to textile mill warehouses within 10 working days.
