Forklift 3 Ton
Turbocharged technology delivers more powerful output;
Low daily fuel consumption saves 30% in operating costs;
No need for charging facilities, making it suitable for remote construction sites;
Anti-slip design ensures safer operation on rainy days.
In the context of small and medium-sized enterprises, diesel forklifts stand out for their exceptional cost-effectiveness: their initial purchase price is 15%-20% lower than that of electric forklifts of the same tonnage; fuel supply is flexible with gas stations readily available everywhere; there is no battery performance degradation, so the handling efficiency remains unchanged even after 5 years; maintenance networks are dense, and common faults can be handled by township repair shops, resulting in short downtime.

Why TIGLIFT Diesel Forklift?
Product Advantages (Designed for Complex Construction Site Environments):
Tailored for the complex environments of construction sites, it features a high ground clearance (over 250mm), allowing easy traversal over construction waste, gravel, and uneven ground. Equipped with four-wheel drive and large-size off-road tires (with optional studded tires), it adapts to operations on muddy ground, sandy areas, and slopes, with a climbing capacity of 30%. The forks can be quickly replaced with attachments such as flat brackets (for transporting building materials) and log clamps (for carrying logs) to meet diverse construction needs. The cab is fitted with splash-proof guards and reinforced glass to protect operators from cement dust and debris. Maintenance is convenient, as the engine compartment has an open layout, making key components (such as the air filter) easy to clean.
Factory Strength:
With 20 years of focus on manufacturing engineering forklifts, the factory boasts an off-road performance test site (simulating bumpy and muddy construction site environments). The welding strength of forks and frames reaches 1.5 times the industry standard. The quality inspection process includes a "construction site extreme test" (6 hours of continuous muddy ground operation + slope steering simulation). The R&D team collaborates with construction enterprises to optimize power matching, increasing low-speed torque by 15%.
Delivery Photos
Shipping:
For full container shipments, off-road tires and forks are fixed separately (to prevent collision and deformation during transportation). A "quick commissioning guide" (including instructions for tire pressure adjustment) is provided upon arrival at the port. To meet the transportation needs of construction sites in Southeast Asia, Africa, etc., a completely knocked-down (CKD) solution is offered, allowing local partner factories to complete assembly quickly.
After Service
Warranty: 1-year warranty period (for high-intensity operation scenarios at construction sites).
Maintenance Packages: Maintenance packages (such as regular cleaning of air filters) are available.
Accessory Supply: Common attachments (such as log clamps and flat brackets) are stocked in the parts warehouse, with delivery to the construction site within 10 working days.
Remote Assistance: The remote team can guide operators via video to handle issues such as equipment getting stuck.
