1. Frame and Mast

Frame: Welded with high-strength steel plates, and treated with integral shot blasting + plastic spraying process (corrosion-resistant, impact-resistant), with a service life of ≥ 10 years.

Mast: Double-stage mast (or triple-stage, optional based on lifting height), made of C-section steel or H-section steel. The rollers adopt a composite design of bearing steel + polyurethane (low noise, wear-resistant), ensuring stable lifting without jitter.

2. Forks and Accessories

Standard Forks: Length ranges from 1.2m to 1.5m (extended forks optional), made through forging steel + heat treatment process (rated load ≥ 4.5 tons), supporting side shift (±150mm) and tilt (±6°) functions.

IV. Safety and Protection Configuration

1. Basic Safety

Lighting and Warning: Standard-equipped LED headlights (IP67 waterproof rating), turn signals, brake lights, and warning horns.

Protective Structure: Fully enclosed overhead guard (withstanding impact ≥ 100kg) and high-strength metal load backrest to prevent goods from slipping.

2. Intelligent Safety

Roll-Over Protection System (ROPS) (Optional): When the vehicle tilts more than 12°, the system automatically restricts lifting and gives an alarm.
